    With all the effort that's going into our running month, I want to send everyone a postcard. I love hearing all of your running stories.

    I've started tracking my running sessions on RunningAHEAD. Last month I gave myself a goal of 120Km and didn't make it. Close but no cigar. This month I'm trying for the same goal of 120Km and am well on-track to making it. Not sure if I will, of course, but it's heartening to see that I may do it this month and to notice a definite improvement.

    Total Miles To Date: 11.7 / 18.3 to 30 mile goal

    I don't know if I'm going to make it unless I starting running more days. I'm averaging about 2 miles per run and I would need 9 more runs to make 30 miles.

    I ran back to back days to catch myself back up to schedule but that didn't feel very good.

    Love your motivation poster! Are you still on the C25k program? If so, don't push yourself past the program guidelines.

    I added 4 today, for a subtotal of 31.5 of 50. I'll get there :)

    4 miles total yesterday (3 miles and then 8 strides, which covered another mile). Total so far = 30.75/50. :smile:

    3.5 miles yesterday so now I'm at 34.25/50. I have 3 tomorrow and 6 on Saturday. :smile:

    I am back on schedule now! I really shouldn't have run yesterday. Its not that I was sore or anything. It just made it hard to get through 2 hours of Karate plus 1 hour of Kickboxing. Sensei: "You didn't eat enough today! You are acting brain dead!" :ohwell:

    Total Miles To Date: 13.6 / 16.4 to 30 mile goal

    The first 3 min run was a bit rough and the second was a 'what am I doing?' But I kept going. Strava says I'm down to a 13.03 minute mile pace in the splits section. The average is still just over 14. That's not bad for me. I wish I had a more level place to run around work.
