3 days in a row binge free. So happy. Tomorrow (Friday) I am having dental implant surgery (just one tooth). Shouldn't be too bad. However, it means a soft food diet for about a week and no exercise this weekend. I'm ready for the challenge.0 -

Ok, now I think I *am* in shock. It's not very often I have six days in a row. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm certainly not complaining.
I'm having a crappy day at work today but I don't want to eat a bunch of sugar to try and make myself feel better...which is also shocking to me.0 -
