So Friday sucked but the weekend was good...but I felt like crap all weekend due to Friday's food choices. Sigh...when will I learn the food is never worth it and it's like poison to my body!0 -

I've been lax on posting, but I've been tracking everything. Last months PMS week was horrible, but I feel ok now. I'm really nervous about this month, but am taking one day at a time ...0 -

Binge- 1 (11/11/13) Went way over 1000 calories of rice cakes and peanut butter. Now I know this is a trigger food and I can't keep these in the house anymore. It's hard for me to have self control.

Went over yesterday (long run days tend to be that way) but did o.k. today even if it could've been a lil better.

YIPPEEEEE!!!! My goal is no binges before Thanksgiving. (Thanksgiving will be a food-fest, I'm sure. It is every year.) One day at a time though, I can't think that far ahead or I'll freak out.
Actually, it would be a miracle for me to have no binges before then. But it can't hurt to try!0 -

yesterday was over, i had no binge food in my house, but then i left and bought some...ice cream, chips, and a sandwich. 1500 cals total which put me at 2900 for the day. :-/ I went 9 days which is good for me...no more for November I hope.0 -

No longer going to track calories. I've tried a lot of things, I think this might help with the overdoing it since I won't be dividing food into good or bad categories anymore. I'll still be logging on this group every day : )0 -

The horribleness of yesterday evening's binge kind of scared me (approx. 3,400 calories over). Hopefully scary enough to help me not binge for a very long time. I logged it all, which I've not done before. It's funny, the shame of logging it is another weird incentive not to do it again.0 -

This is probably the best I've ever done in any of the Challenges I've tried. I don't know what's different but I don't really care! I really want to keep this good streak going but I am a little afraid because I'm feeling quite hungry and "foody" today. I tend to not do well on Thursdays for some reason and hopefully I won't use that as an excuse.0 -
