Funny thing. If I don't binge, I actually lose weight.0 -

I've been seeing the weight go down on the scale, not sure if this is real loss or just "water weight" because I've been doing better with handling my binge problem.0 -

Today will be a big deal if I can hold onto it. If I make it through today it will be the longest number of days I have gone binge free. Nervous and excited all at once. Saying a little prayer!
I downloaded the app a couple folks were talking about earlier (Before I eat...) I am excited to have this useful tool for that emergency moment when I need something right then. Interested to see if it helps.0 -

I almost feel guilty sharing that. But this is probably the first time since before Christmas 2012 that I have had a streak this long. I am trying not to think about it too much, just focus on getting through each day.0 -

It's hard to have one binge day then get back on track entirely the next day for me. It always rolls into a few days of wtever-i'm-gross overeating. Still learning to get rid of the all or nth mentality0 -

Well.....I made it!!! 4 days in a row binge free! Whooo hoooo! Next up - getting through Friday. I got some great advice about weekends and I am working to shift my thinking and stop thinking of them as anything different than Monday thru Thursday. It is just another day. Just another day to try my very best.

Starting to feel back on track.... Tonight I have a dinner with friends to go to. Wish me luck! I just have to remind myself to enjoy everything but in moderation. No need to stuff myself sick! I got this0 -

I am so happy to post this. 4 consecutive days in a row of no binges!!! It was so close yesterday. My husband ran out at lunchtime and as soon as he left suddenly I wanted to run to the kitchen. I remembered the app I downloaded and turned to it to "surf the urge". I have to say, I am pretty impressed with it after that. It helped so much. I realized that for that particular episode my breathing was really rapid and panicked. The thoughts going through my head were "gotta eat" over and over. By the end of the session my breathing had normalized and best of all...I didn't binge. So proud of myself.
Day 1 of the "weekend" done. Today is just another day to do my very best. Can the streak continue?0 -
