    still down for the count, but I hope tomorrow is better. I'm taking it slow. still coughing a lot

    Thank you Star and Sadie. Yes, I think I am improving. I think I am so worthless that I never think I'm going to be able to do something or be any good at it, so thank you so much for encouraging me to do the 30ds. I didn't think I could manage it, but I'm doing it as best I can and I'm going to move on to level 2 on Friday.

    I took my measurements today. I'm down 1 inch on my waist and 4 inches on my hips in the last two weeks. I've really noticed it in my belly and hips, it seems to be shrinking really fast, and I think that is totally the 30ds. Woo hoo!

    Star - How is the C25K going?

    Sadie - I'm sorry to hear you've been so sore and sounds like you've been really busy too!

    Skittles - It sounds like you have a bad chest infection. Have you been to the doctor? I feel your pain, those things are nasty. Rest up, take good care of yourself and get better soon.

    Hey lovelies!

    We've been slowing down! LOL 2 more days and we're done with Feb challenge!!!

    It's cold and we had snow squalls this morning - so sick of it. It is definately impacting my moods and motivation. blurgh.

    Did a walk with dog, only 20 minutes though as any longer and we could get frostbite. 30DS on tap for next break probably bout' 3:30.

    How's everyone doing?
    Zombie, you hanging in there?
    Skitles, how's your cold/flu?
    Star, how are those delicious meals you prepped? And the c25k?

    Hi Sadie - it's terrible you still have such bad weather. How do you manage to walk your dog with all the snow? The poor thing must have cabin fever (and you too I'm sure!)

    Finished day 9 of 30DS today. I was so tired on Tuesday that when I started it I couldn't get all the way through, so I did day 8 on Wednesday.

    What's the plan for March?

    Hey Everyone!

    Yes, we are definitely slowing down...BUT WE ARE STILL HERE!!! And that's a HUGE accomplishment! I was looking at my friends list the other day and was noticing how many of them have that "hasn't logged in in 20 days" type of notice in RED under their pix! Let's give ourselves some LOVE for still being here 30 days later!! AND not only that...but we are all (unless we are sick) STILL exercising in some way or another! THAT SAYS A LOT!!!!!

    YAAAAYYYYYY USSSSSSSSSS!!!

    So, yeah, that juice cleanse ROCKED MY WORLD!!!! I've been eating PERFECTLY and my cravings are completely GONE!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this feeling! The feeling of my blood sugar being balanced and just no desire to eat anything bad. So awesome!

    Yesterday I did my C25K run and it was HAARRRDDDDDDD!!!! I swear...I am NOT looking forward to the 20 minute run on Sunday! The silver lining though is that it will be outside and I'm HOPING for rain! HHahah!

    @skittles: how are you doing Girly??? Are you feeling any better? You are going to feel SO AWESOME once you are better and getting your workouts in again!

    @Sadie: uggghhh...you are a GOOD pet parent!!! I don't know if I would've had the motivation to take Sampson out in the snow for a walk! LOL. but that's awesome...you are STILL moving and that's totally what it's about.

    @zombie: YYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!! HOOORRAAYYYYY for inches lost!!! Damn girl that is FABULOUS!!! You are KILLIN IT! Great job on your 30DS workouts. I've been considering whether I want to start on level 2 yet. I think I might go ahead and take the leap. I've been doing level 1 this whole time.

    I'm not sure what's on tap for March. Maybe we just each can make our own plan....could include 30DS or could NOT include it. I'm just thinking about my schedule as I get into the other components of my tri...the biking and swimming. Don't know if I'll have room for 30DS. But I do love having a group that I have to answer to either way!

    I am feel a lot better, not doing the 30DS until Maybe monday, kind of sucks being off a week but I keep telling my self it was because I needed to get better and not because I was being lazy


    I didn't go to the doc but I don't know if it was a bad cold or the flu or what, it sucked lol

    I can't wait to work out again, I really miss it and laying in bed/couch the last few days isn't as sound as it use to be lol. I am bored and I watched almost all of Glee season 3,4 and I'm now on 5 lol I'm a glee Junkie haha

    @star you can do the run, your doing great and I am also glad the cravings are gone

    @zombie way to go on getting the 30DS in and not sure for March, anyone have any good ideas? I know I'll be doing 30DS for 2 more weeks then i may go up to the 2nd one. but open for any ideas

    @ I'm with you on this cold, I am over it. it was snowing again in PA and I hear we are getting some bad storm this weekend. I'm just ready for spring.

    Woot wooot!!!!!

    W5D2 of C25K is done!! NOW I just have to get past the DREADED 20 minute run of W5D3 coming up on Sunday!!! I'm nervous but hopeful. After today's successful workout I'm feeling a LOT more positive towards it!!

    Welp, we start a new month in a couple of days (I think this challenge is supposed to go until Sunday). I'm going to post up my new workout schedule by Sunday.

    HOW ARE YOU ALL DOING????

    March 1st - we did it!!!! (technically I think not till tomorrow) but I'm going to start today with a march challenge. :-) Who's with me?

    Star, awesome job! I'm excited for you for your Tri, you're gonna rock!

    Skittles, glad you're on the mend! You'll be back to your crazy workouts in no time!

    Zombie, WTG! You're doing awesome, I don't think I'm ready to move on to level 2 yet.

    So, I'm gonna start a post for a March challenge - I agree with Star (I think?) who said we can do whatever we want, but it's nice to have folks to come to to discuss our successes and challenges.

    So, here are my measurements pre and post 30 DS (arms stayed exactly the same - go figure, it is the weakest part of me):

    L/R thigh - 31" to 30 1/4"
    Waist - 49 1/2" to 48 1/2"
    Bust - 51" to 50"
    Hips - 60" to 59"

    So total of 3 3/4" lost. I'm pretty happy with that. I forget how many lbs, will go look and post back.

    @sadie that is great. I missed a whole week and it bummed me out. but your right I'll be back to it in no time. and I was able to sleep all night with out coughing once yay. but I still have all this junk in my throat lol

    I am in and I did a nice walk around the mall today with the hubby. and I even washed my car, its 47 here so it was warm enough to get the nasty salt off the car and I think I'm going to go for another walk in a bit. I'm feeling much better today. still a bit bummed I didn't do a thing for a week but it happens and I am back in the game :)


    oh also I am in it for March :)
