    Still winter here . . . 2 major storms forcasted for early February ... and just when the roads & trails were clearing-up. Oh well :-)

    Tried to do a bit of speed work this morning on my run, but it wasn't a great success with the snow that we got yesterday... Again! Anyway, I'm checking in for a 4.3 mile run this morning and adding the 8 miles that I walked over the weekend.

    First time checking in for Feb but I have been getting some miles in. Up to 14.2 right now. It could be pretty tough to get to my goal of 45 at this pace because of the short month but I am sure gonna try!!

    Friday- 3.5 mile run including warm-up and cool down
    Saturday- 75 minute spin class- (counting that as 20 miles even though the bike didn't show mileage. The 45 minute class is usually at least 15 miles. This one was BRUTAL!)
    Sunday- 3.75 miles trying out a borrowed trainer with my mountain bike for the first time.

    The weather might break enough for me to actually get some outdoor activity in later this week! WOOHOO!!!
