    It's addictive, isn't it? I started C25K in May 2013, then moved right into 5K-to-10K, and plan to start half marathon training in March.

    My day was one you would not want to do over!!!:grumble: I did get 6 in on the bike before work & my P90X3 afdter work but ALL the in between was UGLY!! Oh well we gotta have some of those days to appreciate the good ones right??

    Got in a mile walk on the treadmill @ incline... And then because I am just nuts I went back to the gym later for spin class and added 24.6 miles = 25.6 miles for today
