    3 Miles: 5K With a Twist

    0 miles: walking outdoors

    Goal for March: 60 miles walking DVDs, along with mixing in other cardio/ strength exercise as well,

    So far: 61 Leslie or other walking DVD miles

    So far: 0 outdoor miles

    Same DVD two days in a row :tongue: That's a first for me lol.

    Since getting a FitBit, my walking has definitely increased. Goal for March was 150 miles, so far I've walked 218.5 miles. This week I used Leslie's Walk Your Belly Flat, Radio Remixes, Walk & Jog and Burn Body Fat.

    3 Mile Weight Loss Walk this morning and 2.61 brisk outdoor miles this afternoon which was beautiful & sunny. :)

    Endomondo tracked 2.5 miles at 4.0 MPH neighborhood walking on a bare sidewalk!!!!
    I was beginning to think we lost them for good! 33 to go!

    Sorry, I have been too busy to check in much this month. This is my March total -- I will likely do a few miles today, but I wanted to update you guys that I have been walking (just bad about posting)!

    Ok I've had a bad month, Went to visit my kids with lots of good intentions to keep at my diet and walking. But really fell through,
    I finisher March with only 42 miles, only half my goal of 80 :grumble:
    But I'm back now and on track again. with new goals for next month.

    Left: 32 miles

    Fell far short of goal, I had some tough days in there with my health and family situations. No matter, I'll keep pushing :smile:
