I have been MIA this past week, much going on and wasn't feeling so well either, so I gave myself time off. Good call in retrospect. So back again today . I was able to go out for my first outdoor power walk of the year this evening! I was bundled up, but was so happy to get in 2.5 miles and a little sun!
