Off to a slow start this month. Sat & Sun I felt under the weather and skipped all walking.
But today after 2 day off I just needed to move some. So I did 2 miles from LS 5 day.
Tomorrow will hopefully be better. :frown:

Walked with Leslie in the living room and was ever so glad to have her DVD's since it was -24F this morning. This has been a long winter. I used her Fast 4 Miles and Walk to the Hits along with the Walk it off in 30 Days. I also go out cross-country skiing every day. As long as the snow lasts, I'm going to make use of it, lol.0 -

Oooh! I'm totally in! Let's see....So far this month I've walked....6.5 miles. Didn't really do too much yesterday because the day before I did 3 miles, a Barre workout, a squat challenge and a thigh and hip challenge, then lugged wood (by hand and on a sled). I was so sore yesterday. UGH! But back at it today! Both my walks were from 3 miles with Abs and then I did 1/2 mile of walking lugging firewood according to my FitBit.0

I'm in as well. Just started today and walked the 3 Fast mile with Leslie. Good dvd but will explore others on youtube. I hope to walk at least 3 every day. Thanks members for helping to motivate me.0

my plan is to do 110 miles in march I did 101 in Feb, I would of done more but I got really sick the last week and didn't do anything. I just started walking again yesterday and I am up to as of now 10 but I'm about to pop in a dvd now and get some more .

then this evening after dinner went for a nice walk out side for a mile. can't wait for nicer weather
so I can get out more. As much as I like walking with Leslie, I also love walking out on a nice sunny day.

Hi everyone. Reading through the posts I see I am going to have to go to Wal-Mart and find some of the newer and different Leslie Sansone DVD's. I m at a plateau and need to switch it up.
My goals for March:
- Walk 5 days of the week - minimum 3 miles each day. - So 60 miles for March
- Log all my food - weigh it - measure it and make it count. No empty junk.
AND get my income taxes done!! so may have to wear a pedometer to log all those trips I make around the house when I get frustrated AND may need to put a lock on the cupboard doors.0 -
