Hello! I'm new I started doing Leslie March 1st, my goal is 40 miles this month, plus whatever I do walking to and from work. So far I've been right on track! I actually got up early every day this week to do my walks. I am trying to do one mile every weekday and two a day on the weekends. Since I've been pretty inactive for awhile and need time to get used to getting up early.0

I have been doing Leslie Sansone 4 fast miles all week. I love this one I. like the 5 mile also but this one seems to go by so much faster.0

I am in at 12.5 miles at this point. I slacked a bit.
The last update was 3/4, so:
3/5: 2 miles using Chris Freytag (I forget which one, I have a playlist on YouTube...)
3/6: I was out all day and without my FitBit so I have no idea how much I walked (sigh) so I put in 1/2 mile.
3/7: I did 2 miles using a Jessica Smith vid on YouTube
3/8 I did 2 miles doing another Jessica Smith vid Flat Abs walk.
3/9: 3 Miles with Abs
