    March 1: 6.38 miles
    March 2: 6.95
    March 3: 7.42= 20.75 so far.......
    Goal: 150 miles (Maybe a tad ambitious on my part? We'll see.)

    Walked with Leslie in the living room and was ever so glad to have her DVD's since it was -24F this morning. This has been a long winter. I used her Fast 4 Miles and Walk to the Hits along with the Walk it off in 30 Days. I also go out cross-country skiing every day. As long as the snow lasts, I'm going to make use of it, lol.

    I'm getting a late start for the March challenge. My goal this month will be 90 miles.

    Oooh! I'm totally in! Let's see....So far this month I've walked....6.5 miles. Didn't really do too much yesterday because the day before I did 3 miles, a Barre workout, a squat challenge and a thigh and hip challenge, then lugged wood (by hand and on a sled). I was so sore yesterday. UGH! But back at it today! Both my walks were from 3 miles with Abs and then I did 1/2 mile of walking lugging firewood according to my FitBit. :D

    I'm in as well. Just started today and walked the 3 Fast mile with Leslie. Good dvd but will explore others on youtube. I hope to walk at least 3 every day. Thanks members for helping to motivate me.

    my plan is to do 110 miles in march I did 101 in Feb, I would of done more but I got really sick the last week and didn't do anything. I just started walking again yesterday and I am up to as of now 10 but I'm about to pop in a dvd now and get some more .

    March 3: LS Walk to the HITS Radio Remixes 3 mile (I really disliked this one and found her "HIIT" training to be way too easy)
    March 4: Jessica Smith Belly, Buns, and Thighs Walk (about 2 miles)

    made up for yesterday. and got up and did all 5 miles of 5 fat burning miles.
    then this evening after dinner went for a nice walk out side for a mile. can't wait for nicer weather
    so I can get out more. As much as I like walking with Leslie, I also love walking out on a nice sunny day.:smile:

    Hi everyone. Reading through the posts I see I am going to have to go to Wal-Mart and find some of the newer and different Leslie Sansone DVD's. I m at a plateau and need to switch it up.

    My goals for March:
    - Walk 5 days of the week - minimum 3 miles each day. - So 60 miles for March
    - Log all my food - weigh it - measure it and make it count. No empty junk.

    AND get my income taxes done!! so may have to wear a pedometer to log all those trips I make around the house when I get frustrated AND may need to put a lock on the cupboard doors.

    I am glad I found this group. I am following her 30 day shred and my walking goal will be 50 miles for March.

    Each week I will do 3 days of walking and 3 days of weights.
