    Little late to the party but good to be back.

    Goal for the month: 20 Miles

    March 9: 2 Miles (Leslie Sansone - Fat Burning Miles - Walk Strong (1 lb hand weights) )
    March 10: 1 Miles (Leslie Sansone - Fat Burning Miles - Power Mile (1 lb hand weights) )
    March 11: 3 Miles (Leslie Sansone - Fat Burning Miles - Walk Strong (1 lb hand weights) & Power Mile (1 lb hand weights) )
    March 13: 2 Miles (Leslie Sansone - Fat Burning Miles - Walk Strong (1 lb hand weights) )

    Yesterday: 1 mile NuStep; 20 minutes weight training(bicep curls 50 reps at 15 pounds, pulley work 50 reps at 20 pounds
    chest press 50 reps at 20 pounds), 3 miles LS Party Songs

    March 16 - 6 miles ,,,my black lab was sure happy to be going somewhere...
    Put on my sunglasses and away we went.

    Stair climbing too.....8 more boxes out of the basement and to the shed.

    Goal for March: 60 miles walking DVDs, along with mixing in other cardio/ strength exercise as well,

    I have been MIA this past week, much going on and wasn't feeling so well either, so I gave myself time off. Good call in retrospect. So back again today :smile: . Welcome to all of the new walkers and those who are returning to the challenges after a break :flowerforyou: We have a full house of walkers :happy: .

    March 6: LS 5K With a Twist (3 miles)

    March 4-5 miles (5 fat burning miles)
    March 5-5 miles (5 fat burning miles)
    March 6-4 miles (4 fast miles)
    March 10-3 miles (2.25 miles outside .75 miles on treadmill)
    March 11-4 miles (4 fast miles)
    March 12-7 miles (4 fast miles and 3 from 5 fat burning miles in the pm)
    March 13-4 miles (4 fast miles)
    March 14-4 miles (4 fast miles)
    March 17-4 miles (4 fast miles)
