Since getting a FitBit, my walking has definitely increased. Goal for March was 150 miles, so far I've walked 218.5 miles. This week I used Leslie's Walk Your Belly Flat, Radio Remixes, Walk & Jog and Burn Body Fat.0

Ok I've had a bad month, Went to visit my kids with lots of good intentions to keep at my diet and walking. But really fell through,
I finisher March with only 42 miles, only half my goal of 80 :grumble:
But I'm back now and on track again. with new goals for next month.0 -
