    I had a difficult week due work and studies, but went trampolining today to get rid of the stress and it worked its magic as always :wink: just the scales numbers are being frustrating since the beginning of this year, but hopefully I´m gonna break it soon, have a nice Sunday :flowerforyou:

    Long day of running around today - shopping, pinewood derby, baby shower, back to pinewood derby, give a kid a ride to a party. now going to pick that kid up. But..I should sleep well tonight.

    I am getting better at planning my eating. Ever since I have been doing more with working out daily I often will short myself calories early in the day and then have loads for dinner/dessert. Sometimes I make myself feel not so great because I am so hungry and dinner by necessity is later than I would like it to be.

    Today I intentionally ate expecting at least 500 additional calories from elliptical. Guess what - I ate appropriate portions, had dessert, never felt hungry, and came in green. :love:

    I'm calling this a Red day. My Fitbit would not link to MFP, so I didn't have any exercise calories. I walked 2.25 miles today. My food diary shows I was at -178 without any exercise.

    Pretty terrible food today. Way too much junk all this weekend. Thank goodness for walking the pups and a major cleaning session to make the numbers bearable. Going on "lock down" mode as of Monday. :cry:

    Went out for Mexican I only ate 6 chips... Counted them out ate them slowly and survived. I did not starve while waiting for my food.

    Debbie I would enter my time into the mfp data base and use their calories. I'm sure you burned at least 79 cals to put you in the green (at least by Chevy)

    Stayed green even with no gym and an airplane meal for dinner. We'll see how the next 5 days go when I'm traveling!
