    Well, a mixed bag for me, I didn't beat my friend to our personal challenge in 5 weeks, but I did make the -10lbs part by June, and I sure did increase all strength markers, and even aerobic challenge that I didnt post here originally: 1.5mi trail with elevation gain of 2,042ft in 46mins, down from above 50mins! :)

    Ah tks. Whats the new group again? Not really done cutting, but I probably need to go a bit slower, more like 5lbs in a month now, since job focus and strength are more important at the moment. :)

    I weigh-in on Tuesdays and decided to keep my schedule.

    Weigh in Dates:
    Start of Month (5/01 Thur): 181 (4/28)
    5/03 Sat: 181 (5/6) +.4lbs but lost 4.25 overall inches from chest, waist, & hips
    5/10 Sat: 179 (5/13)
    5/17 Sat: 178 (5/20)
    5/24 Sat: 177 (5/27)
    End of Month (5/31 Sat): 174 (6/3)
    Finally, made 1st goal weight! Yay!
