    This is our 44th MYAC. The average length of time members of this group have been participating is 12.9 months! Most of us have been here more than a year :noway: We have 6 newbies - welcome! :flowerforyou: So far this year we've moved over 72,000 miles. So far this year the ratio of miles actually moved versus miles pledged has been over 90%, a big increase over the earlier years of the challenge. This is a very dedicated group!     3.2 miles. After a few weeks with a really sore hip, I tried a mile successfully. :bigsmile: I was so into focusing on my breathing and a pace, that I didn't notice my ipod was off until about three-quarters of the way through.

    Went to the spin class at my hotel - it was very different from my usual classes, but it was a great workout... only 45 minutes of class, though, instead of the usual 60 minutes, so only got in 15.8 miles.

    155 out of 400. I'm hoping I got the fit adjusted on my bike so I can start putting miles back on it. I may have to take it back in and have it fit again. It didn't fit as well as I thought after the last fit and now I've monkied with it until I think I've got it dialed in but we'll have to see.

    Lazy Saturday at home, and finally after dinner and a quiet time in front of the TV I got on the home bike and put in 5.37 miles.
    June total = 58.47.
