I was out and about by myself today which meant I got very close to a 15 minute mile instead of the 28 minute mile I walk with hubby and Bean. It felt good! :bigsmile:

Janet - If I stand on my head can I say I did 555? I hope it's a good omen. I'd like to break 300 miles for the month. I know that's short of my goal but I do have fun riding with my son. If he takes much more of an interest though I'm going to have to find time to ride twice in a day. I've got an 82 mile ride in August and a century ride in September and I'm getting in shorter rides, not longer rides.0 -

Hubs is delighted with his FitBit steps over the last two weeks - achieving his step goal every day whilst on holiday leave - trying to keep up with me!!!

MBUHLER - Way to go on your SPRINT RACE! That's amazing to cut that much time off! :drinker: And it just occurred to me that you're doing the "Pigeon Pose" stretch in your profile pic! :happy: That's the one all of us in the "Sore Hips" Club have been talking about the last couple of days!! :bigsmile: I can do that just fine with my non-injured hip, but it causes me great distress and much internal foul language when I attempt it on the sore side. :laugh:

YIKES! There are only 18 people "On pace to meet Goal" (GREEN), but *59* that are "Slightly behind pace" (BLUE). That is so WAAAAY out of whack from where we usually are!!! The GREEN section in the graph below should be as big as the "Gold" sections in the bars to the left of it! Soooo...if you're one of the BLUE peeps....or even worse if you're TAN or PINK, it's time to move!!!! :drinker:
