Brilliant workout after work, 40 mins on treadmill followed by my weight training, my leg presses are really coming on, done 3 sets of 15 reps at 260kg (573lb) and also good gains on all my other weights then finished up with 30 mins on elliptical. Great burn and now I'm ready for my bed. ZzZzZz0

I got a quick walk around the lake at work today and then tonight I got a short neighborhood bike ride in... good fro about 500 calories0
