    Today I did a 6 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Jazzercise classes and a 7:35 p.m. Body Sculpting class. Burned a total of 1180 calories.
    Tomorrow is my scheduled rest day :-)

    Today will be walking to and from Morrisons (4 mile round trip) plus doing some of the Davina Body Buff DVD - warm up, boxing, arms, abs and stretch. Feel like I might finally be getting into a good workout rhythm :)

    Nicely done everyone!

    Last night I rode 9.95 miles on my bike! I was pretty psyched. Wanted to ride longer but my husband is just starting to ride again (this is someone who used to ride everywhere) and he had played golf yesterday. I think if I had realized I was so close to 10 miles I would have gone around the block again! lol

    This morning was

    -45 minute walk with the dog
    -10 minutes on the elliptical
    -30 minutes circuit/strength training with my trainer

    Can anyone explain the difference between circuit training and strength training? My trainer has me do a mix of classic strength moves (push ups) and aerobic/strength moves (burpies/jump ups, etc). Which does this sound like?

    Sorry managed the 5 km on sunday so took monday as rest day then took ill Tuesday so unable to do much since will get back to it tomorrow I promise

    Done 5 miles on the treadmill walk/running but mostly running, then another session at Ice Cream fitness 5x5

    6/2 Day 2: 1,112 cal (W2O, Treadmill, Calisthenics)(Miles 2.70, Steps - 5,824)
    6/3 Day 3: 1,143 cal (Elliptical, Walk, Calisthenics)( Miles 5.15, Steps - 11,275)
    6/4 Day 4: 648 cal (90 min Water aerobics = H2O) LOL!

    Way to go! I had a crazy work week last week and did not make exercise a priority. It's hard to fit it in when life is extra busy, but definitely worth it!

    Pull downs 3x12
    Standing Row 5x12
    Straight arm pull down 4x12
    Bar bell curl 4x12
    incline curl 4x12
    cable curl 7x12
    Hanging leg raises 3x6
    ab pull downs 4x12
    Oblique leg raises 3x12

    50 minutes total

    70 minutes on the bike

    I'm wiped

    Crunches, situps, plank, leg raises. The rest was a rest day because I had dental work done.
