Today I did a 6 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Jazzercise classes and a 7:35 p.m. Body Sculpting class. Burned a total of 1180 calories.
Tomorrow is my scheduled rest day :-)0 -
Today will be walking to and from Morrisons (4 mile round trip) plus doing some of the Davina Body Buff DVD - warm up, boxing, arms, abs and stretch. Feel like I might finally be getting into a good workout rhythm0

Nicely done everyone!
Last night I rode 9.95 miles on my bike! I was pretty psyched. Wanted to ride longer but my husband is just starting to ride again (this is someone who used to ride everywhere) and he had played golf yesterday. I think if I had realized I was so close to 10 miles I would have gone around the block again! lol

-10 minutes on the elliptical
-30 minutes circuit/strength training with my trainer
Can anyone explain the difference between circuit training and strength training? My trainer has me do a mix of classic strength moves (push ups) and aerobic/strength moves (burpies/jump ups, etc). Which does this sound like?

Sorry managed the 5 km on sunday so took monday as rest day then took ill Tuesday so unable to do much since will get back to it tomorrow I promise

Way to go! I had a crazy work week last week and did not make exercise a priority. It's hard to fit it in when life is extra busy, but definitely worth it!0 -
