Today played 18 holes of golf - we took a cart but could have probably walked.
I also took the puppies out for a bit - couple of miles.

Tomorrow I plan to get at least some riding in I hope

I have a vacation coming up. So I ought I'd let everybody know that I'm taking about 10 days off. I may still come and post workouts but I'm not planning on logging while I'm away.

Good for you! Enjoy your time!

Just ran a little over 4 miles. I didn't feel great (I think because it is SO muggy!), but I did it! Planning on hot power yoga tonight if I can rehydrate and stomach the heat!

I really hurt my calf. I am not sure what I did but I tore it a couple years ago. I was doing jumoing jacks ( part of the 30DS) and I just went down. I am hobbling around. I used ice but I am worried this will set me back. Even walking is a challenge. I may only be able to lift weights for a bit

Evening all! Some great stuff going on here! I like it!

Took yesterday off to celebrate my 24th wedding anniversary with hubby.
Then put him on a Flight to Boston @ 6am this morning to help drive our oldest back to LA.

Tonight I was able to ride 11 miles. I managed 2 hills that at least to me were pretty significant so I'm pretty happy!

Have a great rest of the evening or Wednesday for those getting ready to start their day

Brilliant efforts guys I foresee some great figures this week, I had a fantastic day, done huge cardio and weights workout in the gym after work, came home went to bed for a few hours, got up had my dinner then out for a lovely walk with my wife and our wee dog, a few drinks, went to bed and woke really early so got up and our wee dog was looking out so took her round the par to do her 'business' and ended up the two of us doing a 4 mile walk/run #feelingreat

How's the calf? You may be able to do some cycling - stationary most likely because putting stress on the calf is not something you want to do.
