    July 2nd, 5 miles 4 Mile Super Challenge plus the Muscle Mile
    Jule 3rd, 3 Miles Walk and Jog plus Mile 1 of the 4 mile super challenge.
    July 4th, 6.8 miles Trail walking with my DH
    July 7th, 3 Miles 3 Mile Power Walk

    I did not walk on the 12th or 13th, I spent the weekend catching up with friends.

    Yesterday I walked for 5 miles before breakfast.
    Today I walked for 2 miles before breakfast and another 4.3 miles this evening.

    LOL! I try. I had no time to type anything else this morning. I was out the door at 4am. It seems that my grandson is coming earlier and earlier and I need my walk to start the day. I was shocked to find someone else out there walking that early this morning.

    Good morning Walkers! This mornings walk was a cool brisk almost chilly morning. It felt fabulous and I am so looking forward to the fall weather. This was a tease. I managed to get my 5.5 miles in for the day.

    Hi everyone! I'm new to the group. I got a LS DVD back in January after I got my fitbit so I could get steps in when it was too cold to walk outside. Now it's too hot, so I've been using them some in the afternoons, although I prefer to walk outside with my dog when the weather cooperates.

    Since I'm starting midway through the month, my goal will be 80 miles by the end of July, starting today.

    I'm excited about this group, I love the positive energy. Or, EN-ER-GEEEE as Leslie says :laugh:

    Welcome and way to go on jumping right in mid month!! Love when she says that ENERGEEE..... I think that's the 4 Mile Super Challenge she says that :)? My favorite LS walk!:)

    Hello! It's halfway through July, but I just stumbled upon this group and it's convinced me to set a goal for the next 15 days. I'd like to try and reach 30 miles by the end of the month. (I realize it's not much, but it's a start!)
