Walk Slim 5 Really Big Miles this morning. 49/40 for the month
Pinkypan's sweet story about her walking with her son made me want to share this: My kids are all enjoying my exercise DVD collection and we encourage (well, require:)) daily physical activity . My 11 and 12 year old boys especially like the 4 Mile Super Challenge, followed by the Belly Blasting floor work - so cute. When I reminded them they had not yet done their kitchen chores, however they happily reminded me that "Leslie says 'dishes in the sink, or laundry on the floor - no problem!!'" Couldn't argue with that:)!

I will be walking with Leslie and the Walk It Out on my Wii
Since i'm working my way back I will set my goal for 20 miles this month. :bigsmile:
So far I have walked 17 miles...just a few more to go to meet my goal....:flowerforyou:
I'm happy to report that I did my 20 mles this month...first time I've actually completed the goal....I' m so happy:happy: :flowerforyou:

LOL! Love your boys quoting Leslie. And may I say I think it's great that your family is required to get some physical exercise. Too often we push it to the side for other "more important" things. We forget that our health is THE most important thing.

HI All!
My Goal for this month was 30 miles. I'm really excited because normally I set these goals and for what ever reason plop out before the end of the month. This month, I've stayed with it and met my goal last night!!! YEAH ME!

After two months of not quite making my goal I pushed it out today 2 miles this morning with Leslie and 8.10 walking outside this evening making it inside at dusk for a 10.10 total for the day and WOOHOO!!:happy:
110.10/ total for the month a tenth over my goal! Happy dance time!
Everyone did a fabulous job and in a few short hours it will be August and another challenge> thanks everyone and how awesome to those of you who came in later and "rocked" it!
