09/01 Day 1: 2048 calories burned (stationary bike, elliptical, strength, mowing lawn, walking dog, water jogging) + 4.75 miles
09/02 Day 2: 1547 calories burned (stationary bike, strength, walking dog, water jogging) + 3 miles (total 7.75 miles)
09/03 Day 3: 1542 calories burned (zumba, rowing, water jogging, walking pushing stroller) +3 miles (total 10.75)

Its been a crazy week , i am just now getting to post my numbers for over the past week. With only one more day to get to goal of 3500 i dont think i am going to make it. And i am know where near on miles, but at least i got some in.

09/01 Day 1: 245 calories burned (slow walking) + 1 mile walking to/from breakfast (last day of my mini vacation)

lol! entered something yesterday for today, but couldn't figure out how to delete it. sorry moderator
1- 843 calories burned-walked 2.0mph around my office and at the mall , walked 3.0 mph. and 2 miles, treadmill climb 42 mins and 3 miles. total miles=5
2- 710 calories burned-treadmill climb 60 minutes, walked slow at work, 20 minutes. 3.5 miles.
3- 771 calories burned-walked with my doggie, 2.5 miles 60 minutes, bicycling on upright bike at gym, 12 miles, 60 minutes. total miles=14.5
4-burned 370 little calories (personal problems today )walked slow, 30 minutes, walked my doggie, 60 minutes and used my 5lb hand weights while i watched tv for 15 minutes.
5- REST DAY
6- 706 calories burned-zumba 30 mins., treadmill climbing, 45 mins. 2.5 miles total=3400 100 calories to go! 23 miles total= 2 miles to go!
7-676 calories burned- walking 3.0 mph, 40 mins., walked 4.0mph, 40 mins.,cleaning house, 120 mins., 4 miles tody.
