I GOT THE BOOT OFF THIS WEEK!
I still have to take it easy as the bone is only about 70% healed but the orthopedist said that any longer with the boot can damage the soft tissue. I still can't do any 5Ks and no more than 3 miles on the bike until my appointment in 6 weeks. It doesn't matter right now because after 3 miles on the bike or walking very slowly, my ankle is spasming.

37.3 miles added today in 2 spin classes.... 2 is too many for me at this point. Good grief, I am tired and ready for bed! Good thing it's Dave's night to update the spreadsheet.
That puts me closer to green, but still not confident I'm going to make it this month. It's been a rough month, but I'm still mooooovin'!
