2.5 miles yesterday, 9/23/14, Monthly total is 11 miles. I just checked the spreadsheet, I was on there with my correct mileage a few days ago, but now it says I have zero
my last post before this one was on 9/22/14 and I was at 8.5 miles, which I did see on the spreadsheet at one point. Anyway, just wanted to bring it up.

It's pouring rain so after talking myself out of a lazy day (food log is in the red, upcoming three shifts in a row means less walking/running with the end of the month looming), I caved and went to the gym and used the indoor track. Did 3.3 miles, out of boredom (and to speed it up and get it over with) I ran every other. Worked on my math skills because the lanes are all uneven numbers, the one I used - 11.2 laps/mile.
Hoping for better weather tomorrow.
