So, I have been missing in action here. I was so pleased to see that someone noticed!!! Thanks Dave
I was away in the keys the first weekend of the month, so I did move, but on my SUP. That doesn't rack up the miles. Then I was in Vegas for work(yes, I said work) and didn't return until this weekend. There, I had a lot of walking and no access to a bike, so not many miles there either(although I did walk an average of 6 miles a day!!).
Monday, I was a human vegetable trying to get my sleep back into sync. But today is a new day! Hopefully, I will be able to hit the gym and do some miles on the spinning bike

I had a good workout at the gym tonight. Felt better than it has in quite a while. It was encouraging.
Lifted and then did a 2.6 mile run/walk on the treadmill. With my lunch walk earlier today, I'm still solidly in the green! WOOHOO! :drinker:
