Thanks guys! This was only a mini-triathlon (200m swim, 5km bike, 2km run) but hey it's a start. Was still a great achievement for me as only 9 months ago I was sitting on the lounge with a glass of red in one hand and cheese/biscuits in the other :drinker:

haha thanks mate. Not going to lie. Was a bit scared of swinging the big bell! First attempt was a bit wobbly & had to stop after 3. Got it after that though. Didn't really want to throw it through the garage wall
