I guess another way to do the rock n rolls is a yoga pose called the plow...check it out!! I tried the one with arms interlocked, that looks like an upside down T....it is super hard!!!

Got my 170kg squat the other day and pulled 190kg pretty easily yesterday. Going for more tomorrow
