Good morning men,
Congratulations on a fantastic week. It looks like the new year has really re-motivated us to a fresh start. I had a good week last Monday - Friday. On Saturday I made a fireplace mantel for a friend and during that, I did something to my back. I have been barely able to move since then and it is still hurting really bad. I unfortunately have some mandatory training today that is going to involve some rolling around on mats and stuff. I am loaded up with pain killers and just hope to make it through the day. My back has gone out a few times over the years and usually just gets back to normal on it's own. I am sure the biggest reason is my weight and belly. So, a couple more days and I should be back to normal. I will get the chart up tomorrow when I get back to my office.
I am at a gain for this week.

Hello Men,
We had a split this week with 4 gains and 4 losses. I consider my .4 gain to be great. I am still nearly immobile with my back and still on medication. I am hoping to at least make it through a whole day of work. It is starting to feel better but nowhere even close to normal.
lacroyx and tllstaco had an impressive 4 and 3 pound loss. Fantastic job gentlemen. I am send out good vibes for the rest of us to have a wonderful week.

Watched the Super Bow at my in-laws and ate lots of chips and dip and pie. Really good pie. Alas, I gained 3.0 pounds.

Howdy Gentlemen,
We had another decent turnout this week and it looks like we are still pretty much focused and heading in the right direction. lacroyx is doing an outstanding job and has led for a couple of weeks now. Congratulations.
I had another loss and am feeling really good. I've been told by family and friends to hold off on my racquetball for at least another week. So I am focusing more on watching what I eat and it seems to be working well. Despite gorging myself on Superbowl Sunday, I still managed to drop 1.9 pounds this week.
I hope all you men have a fantastic week and I catch up with you next time around,

LWW 315 CW 314 down 1lb! Which I think is amazing as we left Friday afternoon for Vegas and got back last night at almost midnight. I totally expected to see a big gain, so I am very happy to see a loss.

You guys rock. dbw, fantastic job on the number 1 spot with a 2.3 pound loss this week, followed really close by trelm. Don't let shabbar's numbers fool you. That is not one week but several. I am sure once his schedule gets back to normal, we will see that just fall away.
I am maintaining this week and will actually get back on the racquetball court tonight after my most recent back injury.
Great job everyone and lets push on for next week. Hmmm, not sure why my last column is getting chopped off but will worry about that another time.
