I am up a couple from the Christmas holiday with family.0 -
Well, had a little setback with the holidays and ballooned to 274lb at the beginning of the week. However, today I was back down to 271 lb so I didn't gain anything since my last post.

Enjoyed all types of food last week with my Classmates, as one of my classmate I met after 14 years (came to Kuwait from US, just to see all of us :happy: )

Happy New Year Men! Okay I'm back and ready to roll. Today's weigh in 319.2, up 13.6 lbs from 1/1/12, so no more screwing around. I'm in it to win it, or in this case to lose it!

Good morning men.
It is the start of a brand new year and brand new commitment and motivation. If it is all right with all of you, I will skip this week's chart and start fresh next week.
I also gained a couple more pounds this holiday season. I am medically released and should be able to get back onto the racquetball courts by this next weekend. For me, racquetball and better eating helped me lose a high of about 70 pounds. I am determined to stay healthy and become more fit. 2013 is going to be a fantastic year!
Again, if you know of some new men that might be interested in participating, please invite them and have them introduce themselves.

I appologize for my lack of posting and support to our group. The T-Man and I are facing 2013 with the same commitment that we had a year ago. Still 96 lbs down from a year ago, even with the gains. With the same success this year I will be a my goal!

What's weird is when I weighed myself yesterday morning I was an even 310. Guess I overdid it just a bit during the Seahawk football game.

Now a days I am on P90X program, enjoying the pains... I started on 20th December but failed twice to continue. Again I started two days back... Wish me to continue this time...

I got sick on NYD and was out for a week and a ½. Flu stuff plus bacterial infection in lungs. Hard to breathe at times. Antibiotics and plenty of bed rest I finally started feeling well enough to hit the gym just a few days ago.0 -

Sorry to hear the first part of the year was being laid up with the flu. All the news reports are showing this to be a pretty nasty flu season. Glad to hear you are now back up and about and feeling better.0 -
Happy Monday Gentles all. LWW 317 CW 314.8 down 2.2 Think I have my food back on track. I've been shooting for 200+ grams of protein a day and trying to keep my carbs below 100grams without focusing on total cals. Seems to have jump started the furnace, so now it's time to concentrate on getting exercise in line. Have a great week and be losers!0

We had an awesome turnout and an awesome loss this week. I know now that Lacroyx is back to feeling better, he too, will be jumping back into this.
StevLL is our biggest loser this week with a fantastic 2.2 pound loss. Congratulations buddy. You and I are only a few pounds apart and I am going to try and use you as a little extra inspiration. I'm hoping my competitive side will emerge and help me keep up with you.
