    17 days as a non-smoker. 119 cigarettes not smoked. $35.70 saved. At 5 min per ciggie-9 hrs, 55 minutes added on to my life. All of that and my skin is already looking better to boot! :) No weight gained, and no serious cravings! :)

    I have now stopped smoking for 1 year, 5 months, 2 weeks, 1 day, 5 hours, 51 minutes, 57 seconds. That translates into 10,664 cigarettes NOT smoked, for a savings of €4,532.58! At 5 minutes per cigarette I have increased my life expectancy by 1 month, 2 days, 44 minutes, 26 seconds.

    And 2 stone heavier :D

    "I have now stopped smoking for 1 month, 2 weeks, 6 hours, 31 minutes, 37 seconds. That translates into 739 cigarettes NOT smoked, for a savings of $295.63! At 5 minutes per cigarette I have increased my life expectancy by 2 days, 13 hours, 35 minutes, 23 seconds."

    And i've now been off the patch for a week as well!

    I'm new (quit Sunday night), so I'm at 36 hours of not smoking right now...

    My lame Yo-yo relationship with nicotine over the last 7 months

    I smoked for most of 23 years, about half a pack a day for the last 10 years of that

    I quit for 43 days (cheated 3 times)

    I smoked a half a pack a day for most of 25 days

    I quit for 5 days

    I smoked a couple a day for 4 days

    i quit for 78 days 23 hours and 12 minutes (give or take on the minutes)

    i smoked half a pack over two days

    i quit for 26 days

    i smoked 5 times over three days

    i quit for 9 days

    I smoked 2 packs over 4 weeks

    i smoked close to a pack a day during a 5 day vacation

    I smoked over half a pack a day during the week, 1 or 2 cigarettes a day on the weekend for the last 12 days

    I saved £112.82 would of been more if I smoked cigarettes, I used to smoke 30 a day but used rolling tobacco. Best decision I've ever made, I can exercise for longer than 5 min now :)
