    I stopped smoking 23 January 14 at 10:30pm

It has been 14 weeks, 3 days, 16 hours, 47 minutes since i . . . claimed the freedom of living my life without nicotine in my system.

I have saved $509.72 (towards an iPone 5, yes please!)

And I have saved 1 week, 5 days, 21 hours and 2 minutes of my life . . . which I am putting towards doing something like climbing Mt Everest (which I'm told is a piece of cake after breaking free of the nicotine bug).

I stopped smoking using Allen Carr's book - The EasyWay to Stop Smoking and am maintaining very close to my GW. (Lots of hard, hard walking. But slowly the munchies seem to be going and a whole new life is beginning to manifest. Woo Woo! Onwards and upwards!)

It's reall cool getting to see so many peoples' stats. Thankyou everyone for sharing.

Add me any ex smokers of you like.

Early days for me, although not the first attempt to give up in 20 years of smoking. Longest time was a few months.

    5th day off cigs
    87 cigs not smoked
    £31 saved

First time I have tried cold turkey, is a difficult day today but I know it will get better soon.
