Nice run, especially with the heat and humidity.

Just joined this group. I did the Week 2 D1 of the Run Double app. It's different that some I guess as the sticky says there should be 4-15 minute runs broken up by 1 min. of walking. My app says to run 5-12 minute runs broken up 1 minute of walking for a total of 51 minutes. I warmed up before starting my app, so I actually ran through the warm up. So the app shows I ran 4.82 miles in 51:00 but if I include wu/cd, I ran 5.49 miles in 59:29. I was totally thrilled to break the 5 mile barrier! A bit sore today, but can't wait to get out and do it again!

Great run and welcome to the group!

I use the RunDouble App too. Since finishing the C25k and 5 to 10k, I've been using the Fun Run options and some of the intervals. Love it!

Great run and welcome to the group. We're mostly posting in the Daily check in, but you can update either place.

chantels1, Welcome to the group from me too!

I've been doing exactly like Ceci. Finished the RunDouble C25K, then B210K, then I did a few weeks of Hal Higdon, but mostly been doing runDouble fun runs since then with a couple of days of intervals.
