    Hi Everyone, Haven't done one of these challenges in a while. Glad to do this one!

    1/1 - Nothing (lol, rest day)
    1/2 - 25 minutes (30DS, L1)

    Cant figure out how to edit...can anybody help? in the meantime:

    1/1 - 20 min walk, 15 min ping pong, 50 min strength/sculpt class, 20 min bike = 105!!!
    1/2 - 15 min treadmill interval, 15 minute 3.5 on treadmill, 20 min walk, 15 min pingpong = 65 for day 2
    Total to date = 170 min

    Hey there!

    You are only allowed to edit for about an hour. So it wouldn't work to edit the next day. You just have to copy and paste to a new reply. :happy:

    Just wondering whether or not to count cleaning as part of this exercise challenge? I worked hard for an hour and even moved furniture around to hoover behind it. What do you all think?

    2/1 - Zumba 60 minutes, brisk walk (to and from Zumba) 15 minutes. Total 75 minutes.

    3/1 - Cleaning (including moving furniture and hoovering) 60 minutes.

    Total: 2 hours, 15 minutes.

    1/2 - 47 minutes - walked 2.5 miles - my mom slowed me down a little ;)
    1/3 - 24 minutes - 10 lb slimdown upper body DVD

    1/2 = 90 minutes (15 minutes HIIT, 15 minutes Bellyfit, 60 minutes Zumba)

    1/3 = 55 minutes (Zumba :love: )

    Total = 198 minutes of 1440 minutes

    Here's that slow start I warned of...next week will be much better!

    1/1: Shoveling snow x 25 min.
    1/4: Gym x 37 min. (I do elliptical and weight machines)

    TOTAL: 57 min.

    Total: 165 mins
