Feeling pretty darned fantastic today! Wanted to work off some stress and was able to do that! I am also training (so-to-speak) to climb the 1048 stairs to the top of Koko Head in Honolulu in March! So tonight - I climbed 54+floors of stairs in 18 minutes of climbing time (lots of breaks mind you!) for a total of 876 stairs! Pretty great for only my 3rd training day on the stairs! Anyway - I just wanted to celebrate... I'm feeling pretty darned fantastic tonight!

I've decided I'm going to burn 2000 calories a week to hit 100,000 by the end of 2012.
This week is going slow as i'm visiting family and the weathers horrible!
But i've burnt 550/2000 so far and once the christmas tree is down i'm going to do fitness dvds in my front room!
Next week I'll be fine as i'm back home (+ back to the gym!) x0 -
