    I can't complain about week 1. Exceeded my goal even with a "rest day" -- so I am going to up next week's goal to 4500 calories burned.

    So first week went terribly as i came down with a horrible cold & bug half way through the week, i didn't get out of bed!
    But today i'm feeling better and burnt 320 already on my stepper and aiming to burn some more later :)
    so far for january im on 1400!
