    I haven't had a lot of time to visit the community boards - but I am still here!

    Total calorie burn for January is 13,583 - which is 3.88 pounds and very close to what I lost this month. Encouraging.
    86,414 calories to go or 25 pounds - which is about what I want to lose!

    For January my goal was 8,400 calories to burn . At that time I did not think I could get anywhere near that amount of calories burned, well according to my records I ended the month with 16,000 I am so proud of myself:smile:
