    Sorry... I've fallen a bit behind in reporting... Been a bit of an emotional couple weeks. BUT - I have still went to the gym on most days! I am only counting purposeful exercise - so I have been careful only to log those as actual burns... and I am pretty happy with the numbers so far!

    So I can finally move again without feeling lightheaded and having a coughing fit!!!! My accumulative total up until January 15th is:
