ummm OK so all I seem to be getting on here at the moment is adverts for a government website telling me to cut my drinking levels, in fact there's one on the right hand side of the screen as I'm typing this, it's a conspiracy!!

Dot, it does sound like of delicious.

Yvonne, you better go incognito for a while :glasses:

I've got the pom vodka ready for the hotel tomorrow night. I will have to try and moderate myself and NOT stay up all night long. It's so easily for me to be lead astray.

sounds like in general a pretty lushy weekend has been had by all.

I'm going to have a beer tonight, I'm making an effort to use all my exercise calories and I'm too full to eat them today so alcohol is the only option  :drinker:

Well, I joined the lushy-ness this weekend. Whew, oh what fun. I have forgotten. Friday's art show equaled 2) 8 oz. white wine (they really don't pour heavy) then came home and thought I better have some ice cold Natural Lite....4 of em. And since I didn't have a meal planned (more like I didn't feel like cooking), Pizza Hut delivery to the rescue. So much sodium! Saturday's headache didn't go away.....so I visited friends in the evening and had 3 shots of Cuervo Black with dt 7up. Came home, there were those damn Natural Lites - all 5 of them. Sheesh! But hey, I didn't eat dinner! Well, Sunday's headache throbbed then ebbed. BF brought home a big bottle of Arbor Mist - Tropical Fruit Chardonnay. Just for me. So thoughtful. Started sipping a glass in the hot tub which then progressed to drinking the whole darn bottle. Hey, I got my fruits in for the day (or week lol). I did have a 3 lb gain in water, puffy from the alcohol. I forgot about that too.

Soooooo, obvious I didn't listen to my hypno recordings. I am back on it today. I'll look back fondly on this lushy weekend. It had been awhile.

Cheers my lushy friends. Sounds like a great weekend was had by all! :drinker: :drinker:

Too much to try to count over the weekend! I am gonna get serious about this not drinking during the week. Shooting for zeros all week - leaving Friday for cheer competition at Myrtly Beach, SC - so I am bringing the wine with me!

Sounds like we all had a nice lushy weekend again :drinker:

The tasting was amazing! We got to sample all of the hors d'oeuvres that will be at a the wedding and they were absolutely delicious! There were the most tasty crispy pork egg rolls, beef teriyaki, pulled duck tacos, maple glazed bacon wrapped scallops, kielbasa wellington, grilled five spice chicken, mini grilled cheese sandwiches, asparagus and parmesan cheese buns, spicy orange szechuan meatballs and delicious sliders. But then they also had tables set up with all of the mini plate options for hors d'oeuvres which were so good too! They also had an open bar of which there will be 3 of at the wedding. The options for dinner were scrumptious at parts and some parts missed the bar but overall scrumptious outweighed the not so tasty so our dinner will be delicious. The food at our wedding will be amazing  We were also able to talk to the woman we're going to use for our photographer as well as the guy we're going to use for our DJ and talked to the girl from the spa about the day of the wedding, as well as talk to the town clerk who said my uncle can do the entire ceremony without anyone needing to do the official stuff! Also were able to talk to Jackie about the flowers and such :flowerforyou: Great tasting and a fabulous day

Came home and finished a bottle of open prosecco and then opened a bottle of white wine, oy. Taking it easy on this gorgeous 60+ degree day and watching How I Met Your Mother on netflix with all the windows open.

    No booze for tonight though!

I wasn't terribly lushy this weekend.
Friday= shared a bottle with 3 people for dinner, then ordered my own glass for dessert, then came home and had a beer.
Saturday=cadillac margarita (yum) and then I think I came home and drank box wine, but I can't remember
Sunday=bloody mary at brunch and a glass of box wine at bedtime.

Not sure about the rest of the week. I am resting this week after the Jamie Eason LiveFit Trainer.

Well, I drank way too much Friday and Saturday, then felt like sh$t about it. So last night, 2 light beers and then today I lied to my personal trainer and told him I had a great weekend:devil: He wants me to string together more than a week of perfect days, but I just can't do it.

Sitting in a hotel in the Stockyard in Ft Worth Texas.. I woke up this morning feeling sick:sick: (sore throat headache and chills) then had a lovely 4 hour plane ride (where the guy next to me dumped his coffee on my leg:grumble: ) still feeling like crap. Had an awesom texas steak dinner with all the really bad for me trimmings:blushing: . I think I am running a low grade fever or I am having one seriously long running hot flash  so I just don't feel like drinking. Monday will be a zero.
