Just joined the group. Need somewhere to celebrate my new love of running!!!!
I was so inspired by my longest run yesterday that I signed up for a 12K in October!
Sunday - 3 miles walking with stroller
Monday - off (kettlebell workout)
Tuesday - 3.25 miles running plus .5 walking
Wednesday - 2 miles walking (with hubs and son!) + kettlebells
Thursday - 4 miles running plus .5 walking
13.25 (WOW - and I still have to run on Saturday - I don't usually go on the walks, so that added some, and I had my 2 longest runs to date - 3.25 and then 4!)0 -

Wed Bike riding 7.25 miles

Wow. Before this week my longest run was 3.1. I realized now it actually gets a little easier after the first 3 miles. My brother is running a marathon today, so it inspired me to run further. Some long hills in that 5 miles, but I did it in 55 minutes - not bad for me!0 -
