    Just joined the group. Need somewhere to celebrate my new love of running!!!!

    I was so inspired by my longest run yesterday that I signed up for a 12K in October!

    Sunday - 3 miles walking with stroller
    Monday - off (kettlebell workout)
    Tuesday - 3.25 miles running plus .5 walking
    Wednesday - 2 miles walking (with hubs and son!) + kettlebells
    Thursday - 4 miles running plus .5 walking

    13.25 (WOW - and I still have to run on Saturday - I don't usually go on the walks, so that added some, and I had my 2 longest runs to date - 3.25 and then 4!)

    Tuesday Running 1.21 miles
    Wed Running 3.68 miles
    Wed Bike riding 7.25 miles
    Thursday run .5 mile
    Thursday Bike 3.48 miles
    Friday run 5.68 miles
    Friday Walk .51 miles


    Total for the week 25.93 miles and Thinking about doing a 10mile trail race tomorrow. They have a 10 mile and a 10K.

    I slacked. Fever on and off. Someone told me just run even you are sick. Which I did on Tuesday and it became worst. :ohwell:

    Run if its just a cold - but don't run with a fever!! Take a break!

    Think learnt it the hard way. Going to call it off for the week.

    Total = 9.5 km = 6 miles :cry:

    Hope tom will be a better day. After all I had signed up for 10 km training circuit. I have no plans to miss it. Not on the first session the least to say.

    18.25 total.

    Wow. Before this week my longest run was 3.1. I realized now it actually gets a little easier after the first 3 miles. My brother is running a marathon today, so it inspired me to run further. Some long hills in that 5 miles, but I did it in 55 minutes - not bad for me!

    Thu: 3.82 miles - run (started out cloudy but became sunny n hot - yes, 68degrees is hot when ur running ur a*s off :wink: )
