So anyways, I think that the prosecutor brought about charges to pacify the masses. I really don't think this guy is going to get murder 2 pinned on him.
I do not think she would have went murder 2 if she did not think she could get it....I think most people were expecting manslaughter....if he is aquitted, I bet *kitten* will hit the fan....remember Rodney King? I have faith that he will be found guilty.....I just do not think if she did not have enough, she would have went manslaughter that he might have even plead to......I do think though, that if it was not for all the public outcry, that he never would have been arrested for sure.....that is why it is so important when something is foul for the public to call it so.....0 -

Interesting read. I think it left the writer left out some key points on subjective listening tastes, but, that was a pretty cool article nonetheless.
