    Total: -7 lbs

I can't believe I'm at 30 weeks already! If I can manage to stay under 240 for the next 10 or so weeks, I would be ecstatic! I doubt it, though... I had my son at 37+5, maybe if this little one comes early too...

I haven't been able to do much exercising. My lower left side of my back is just in serious pain. Not sure if baby is sitting on a nerve? I have a support belt, and it seems to help... but I can't walk very far anymore before having to stop. Anyone else have similar issues?

    Haven't been.very consistent.with this but oh well!!
    Starting weight 82kg
    15 weeks 83kg (+1)
    17weeks 85.4 (+3.4) succumbed to junk lol
20weeks 87.3 (+5.3) bummed about this need to keep it steady for a few weeks.
28 weeks 89.8 (+7.8) I had actually gone up to 92-94 because I was eating terribly and not working out consistently. Since eating better and working out consistently I've dropped that extra weight. Wasn't actually trying to I was just trying to keep my weight steady for a while. Hope it hasn't hurt bub, it shouldn't have because I've still been eating plenty never hungry just healthier.

    Checking in --
22 weeks today!!! I'm up 6 pounds

Goals for the remainder of my pregnancy: More veggies. I've been eating TONS of fruit, I need more greens.
Up the walking/swimming. It's triple digit season down here in Dallas...all I want to do is sit in front of a fan inside the house. Obviously not the best choice for me and the little one.

    Pre-pregnancy Weight: 155 lbs

    (8/03) 16 weeks --157.2-- [+2.2 lbs]
    (8/10) 17 weeks --158.4-- [+3.2 lbs]
    (8/17) 18 weeks --157.2-- [+2.2 lbs]

    Total gain: 2.2 lbs

It's been an interesting 2 weeks with weight. I thought maybe baby had hit a growth spurt. A few days ago I was even up to 159.4 lbs, but I guess it was all water retention, because it's coming way back down. I'm kind of amazed, actually, that it's still a 2.2 lbs gain. I'm not complaining though!

Started previous pregnancies around 145 and ended up around 190.

    Week 4. 160 lbs
    Week 10 161 lbs
    Week 11 159.6 lbs
    Week 12 160 lbs

I'm curious to see what happens now. My other pregnancies had no first trimester weight gain but from week 13 on I gained at least 1 lbs a week. I'm hoping to not do that this time!

    Pre-Pregnancy: 120 lbs / 5'1
    40 Weeks: 143.8

Well total gain was a little under 25 pounds so overall I am pretty happy!

My beautiful little boy, Oliver, was born Saturday evening at 7lb 2oz so at least he was a healthy size! He ended up in the NICU until Sunday night because of breathing complications due to low fluid levels but he is going home with me today. Now time for everything to change.

It's going to feel good when I can finally start exercising again. And see those numbers go back to normal (though the belly will look nowhere near the same with all of these marks!!) :grumble:

My starting weight was 113lb at 5'4 height.
My weight gain has remained pretty consistent in the later portion of my 3rd tri:
    28 weeks: 128
    30 weeks: 129
    32 weeks: 128
    34 weeks: 130
    36 weeks: 129.6
    37w/2d: 129.6
    38w/1d: 132
    39w: 131.4

40w: 132.8 -- So, a total weight gain of approximately 19.8lb. - which the doctor said from the very beginning that I would end up gaining around 20lbs. Pretty happy with the gain, tried hard throughout this pregnancy to eat healthy(ish) and exercise pretty regularly (trimesters 1 & 2 roughly 6x/week, towards the end of the third, eased down to 5x/week of good elliptical/upper body strength training workouts). So, I'm hoping this exercise routine will help with the delivery (which may be this Thursday, if we decide to induce). Hoping the weight gain will come off pretty steadily, but don't plain to try to rush it, just want to take it easy and allow my body to have the proper recovery. Eagerly awaiting the arrival of our sweet girl!

I must be gaining water weight or baby is having some kinda major growth spurt!

    Pre-Pregnancy: 150lbs
    Current Weight (22.5 weeks): 152.4lbs

Not a huge gain, but yesterday the scale said 150lbs AND I walked at a semi-brisk pace for an hour AND ate very healthy. Oh well, about time I gain something

I was like that during my second pregnancy. I wouldn't gain anything for a while and then randomly be up 2-3 lbs. It all evened out in the end to a healthy gain. :)

Funny you mention that, I went for a 1hr super fast walk last night and was up 2.5lbs this morning. Wonder if it's waterweight or what.

Hi Everyone. New to this group and so impressed with all of you, but feeling rather inadequate as well. This is my second pregnancy. I gained 35 pounds with baby no. 1 (a girl), and it was really hard for me to lose the weight (couldn't lose while breastfeeding and I breastfed for a year). Eventually lost the weight and more, but slowly started gaining a bit (I'm a lacto-vegetarian and tried a low carb, gluten free diet for 6 months and it is the strictest I've ever been, but I gained 13 pounds and just couldn't get rid of it again). Anyway, I started this pregnancy 7 pounds heavier than the first one. Now I'm having a boy and am growing so quickly! Doesnt help that I don't get very nauseas in the first trimester, but am hungry.

So, now I'm panicking. I'm 18 weeks and have gained 8.8 pounds already :( I love working out and have done everything from all Jillian Michaels dvds loads of times, to Insanity, Chalean Extreme and P90X3, plus starting weight training over the months prior to pregnancy. Usually a min of 5 days a week. Now I'm averaging 4 times a week and obviously the intensity has dropped (doing Tracy Anderson's pregnancy project, plus some Jillian and Chalean) but I just keep gaining. I think it's the craving for bread and dairy. I'm averaging around 1600 cals a day.

    SW: 133.54
    CW: 142.56

18 weeks. Gain of 4.4 pounds in the last week and a half alone.

I'm so sad because I am not feeling beautiful and I think this is such an amazingly special time in a woman's life and I want to feel good about myself, but this little guy is making my grow sideways instead of forwards and my bum is massive!

I haven't been an angel with eating every day. Weekends are usually pretty lax and I had a 2 week holiday in June.

Is there any way I can curb this weight gain? I really dont want to be more than 155 pounds by the end of this, but that only leaves me 6 more pounds and that doesnt seem likely. Very frustrating!

    Any suggestions?

P.S. So jealous of you all - hee hee ;)
