    50 Jump squats done!!! Those things were difficult but exhilarating at the same time. Shaun T make it look effortless. In addition to the 50 squats, I did 50 regular squats, 50 reverse crunches, butterfly kicks, jumping jacks, and 40 push-ups in plank formation... I worked up a crazy sweat...

    100 push ups, 100 butterfly kicks, 100 jumpimg jacks and 50 jump squats COMPLETED AND DONE. Did all these in a circuit training format of 25. Must say jump squats were challenging but pushed through them. All caught up now. Legs on fire!!!!

    EM- Carried birdseed around to the back instead of having hubbin do it. 2-40# bags and 1-50# bag.

    Done...Fri-50 jump squats (start in a squat position and jump touching your knees to your hands). Sat-50 walking lunges (lunge, then walk forward one step, lunge again).

    Sun-50 reverse crunches
    Mon-50 squats
    Tues-50 pushups
    Wed-50 butterfly kicks (modified)
    Thurs-50 jumping jacks
    Fri-50 jump squats (modified)
    Sat-50 walking lunges

    All done and I performed extra exercises by walking, going to the pool (exercises while there), walking to the pool & back, parking away from my locations so as to walk a longer distance. walking stairs.

    Tomorrow I'll do one of these or a variation to get more in since I've already completed the lunges;)

    Walking lunges done. Extra: went to water park for 4hours. Can you say EXHAUSTED!!!! :yawn:

    50 walking lunges DONE!!!! I did 25 after I returned from doing 5.29 miles of walking/jogging. My calves are sore. i did the other 25 as I was waiting to eat dinner.. My body was telling me to do those other exercises for the week, but my mind was like "H No!!!!" LOL, I will start fresh tomorrow...

    Did 50 walking lunges during a 4 mile walk followed by 20 min core work and 40 min stretch...my legs are crying right now and I'm loving it!

    I late/early morning and I'm at work.....I completed my 50 jumping squats and walking lunges! I looked rather funny so says my patients but I'm getting my healthy on! Hahahaha
