    Hi ladies!
    How is everybody doing so far this month??
    My weigh in is in two days and I think this month has been going well so far.
    Keep pushing everyone--we can all reach our goals ;)

    And my OFFICIAL weigh in for 8/31 is 281 pounds! I have surpassed my August AND September goal!! YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSS!!!!!

    After last week's cold medicine extravaganza - along with Saturday night's margarita fest with the hubby - I'm feeling bloated and puffy this week and my weight was back up to 207.2 this morning. Not going to let it get me down, though. Even if I don't make my goal this month, I WILL make it into one-derland. I don't care if it's 199.9, I'll get there!

    Soo, according to the scale this morning I weigh 229 pounds--down four pounds from 233 last week :bigsmile:
    Hopefully it's not a fluke. Still on track to reach my September goal of 227 pounds and #teamONEderland by the end of the year.

    Keep pushing ladies!!!! You can do it!

    I didn't reach my August goal and this month I'm going to be so busy at work. I will stay on track but I have adjusted my goals slightly...overall by 4lbs. I still plan to hit Onederland by Christmas. I must exercise more and somehow I will find the time. I'm determined...nothing will stop me!

    I really have a lot of trouble with water weight gain. I exercise at least twice a week and try to stay under 1600 cals (I dont always log it in, though). I definitely need to cut back on carbs. Any suggestions would be great!

    Thank you Curvimami! I need that boost even though I know it's only water weight! This was my first weigh in so that won't happen again but I am so happy to get that jump start!!

  • Great goals. Ive set mine to 4lbs a month. Didn't want to overwhelm myself and me disappointed by such high goals if I don't make it.

    That's good. I agree with you. Losing one or two pounds a week is good and healthy without putting your body in shock. Good goals. I'm just starting so let's see here...
