Down another 1.4 pounds. The weight is just melting off o.O
Managed to make it through the week still in a deficit. Was hard. I had 4 exams and worked 37 hours. STILL got into the gym to lift on schedule though.

My exercise for the week was PT two days (lots of body weight work), full body lift 2 days, and lots of walking xD
My car died on me, so I ahve to walk everywhere I go. 40 minutes just to get to class0 -
Not logging today. I have NO idea how to log my night out xD
Had a pizza with prosciutto, spring leaves, pine nuts, and a lot of garlic0 -

Cleaning out a lot of my pantry. Looks like it was successful last week! Ate too much junk though, so I wasn't full like I like to be xD Now all I have left is a ton of oatmeal, rice, beans, ramen, and misc foods for cooking. Not bad!
Increasing my veggie intake. Today's food:
roasted broccoli
spicy sweet potato fries ( I like my fries a little burnt xD)
Ate a lot of my shredded apricot pork too, but it's not the prettiest food xD0 -

I made stuffed mushrooms today
My TDEE is surprisingly high on days I work both my jobs. Around 2800 today.0 -
What did you stuff them with? Wow-you're burning a ton! no wonder 2000 is so effective for you. Way to go girlie!0

Broccoli - I just coat with olive oil, seasonings, and roast for 20 minutes at 400
I thought I hated broccoli until I tried it roasted xD
Stuffing for my mushrooms was nothing fancy since I didn't have much. Cream cheese, green onions, garlic, onion, cracked pepper, and panko crumb topping

which one? Mushroom yes, but that's only because I've hated them since I was a kid. Pork, don't care what it looks like. That will be tasty! I've bought my pork and will do it early next week I think. Was just going to use some apricot nectar in the slow cooker and see how that goes.0 -

Not really sure what my goals are after the 8 weeks. I might need another 2-4 weeks of cutting, but only at a 250 cal deficit. Then maintain until December (seeing my boyfriend!) then a lean bulk0 -

Yup we are! I live in Iowa, and he lives in Washington :C
I go out there during spring break (1 week) winter break (3 weeks) and just spent 3 months living out there with him in the summer0
