    Weight loss finally slowed a bit! 0.8 lbs lost this week. Took measurements and they all went down by 1/2 inch or so :) some a full inch! Now if only my boobs would stop shrinking -.-
  • wow. that's a bummer. fredie and i are also long distance but we've spaced visits so that we only have to wait 6 weeks MAXIMUM usually. that's the only thing that gets me through it--just knowing when I'll see him again. I hope it gets easier for you. are you from Iowa?

    .8 pounds in a week is still really good! What were your calorie burns per day according to the BMF?

    I wish I could see him every 6 weeks! :( Longest we went without seeing each other was actually around 6 months :C I am from Iowa and am ready to move to washington after I finish school! Have a savings account im working on
    Today is our 3 year actually! Might see quite a bit of chocolate later in my diary :D

    I cannot believe how fast that 8 pounds came off! Makes me nervous almost sometimes xD
    Average burns have been around 2500 or so, some around 2700

    Exams are over, so I can be a little more active this week and have some fun :D
  • more active as in higher burns? you're already shedding weight faster than i could ever dream of. It would take me a good 12 weeks or more to lose 8 pounds.

    Yup probably high burns! Not really because I want to burn more calories, I just want to do something fun instead of sit around and study for exams. So I am going to boxing club to have some fun 3 nights this week :D

    Making pesto chicken for the week so that will help me easily get in the extra cals since I use a lot of olive oil and fresh mozzarella :D

    Busy as usual!
    Down 1.2 pounds this week. Did a lot more cardio than I usually do
    I have a PT test on Tuesday so I am taking it easy this weekend :)

  • whoa--1.2 pounds. That's amazing. What was your average BMF burn this week if you don't mind me asking. It really REALLY helps me--so I'm sorry if it's a pain. I have one too and still trying to see what to make of the numbers. Thanks so much sweetness! you're doing fab!

    No problem! Looks like my average was around 2700 this week. So I actually should have ate more! D: I tend to forget to check my day's TDEE until the next morning. So exhausted when I get home xD

    The not flexed shouldn't make you sad! You can still see muscle definition there, which is more than you can say for 99% of women!
  • btw..i have those shorts...in pink! :) they are made by soffee? mine have a tag on the back, on the outside of the shorts.

    With my crazy work schedule I barely have time to make a meal anymore. Constantly on the go. I either eat at work, or I have pb&Js on my 20 minute lunch break at school. Really need to mix it up some -.-
  • you're doing great nonetheless. i know it's not ideal but you're working hard and that's super commendable! :)

    Bought some bagel thins, gouda cheese, deli meat, and some veggies to mix it up a bit :)
  • Solid progress! Always good to add a few new foods in now and then to stop yourself getting bored of food. Preparation the night before is a saviour too.

    Finding some rice paper and going to start taking summer rolls with homemade peanut sauce (thanks to Acg)

    It is October now! So this is the last half of the challenge :)

    Goals for the month:

    1 - No scale. (thanks love) Need to ficus more on measurements now and not the scale. It is useless to me now again since I am lean. And im sick of worrying about sodium xD

    2 - Maximum of a 500 cal deficit. I am guilty of having too large of a deficit some days even though I am eating 2000 calories. TDEE is around 2700. Good idea?

    3 - Balance my schedule better. 2 jobs, a small intern, physical training, working out, cooking, school (midterm!), and social life. I barely have time to do anything. Need to improve on this :)
  • Yes, definitely a good idea. A 500 calorie deficit at this point is absolutely the highest you'd want. Really you should be going by 15% which would put you at ~2300 calories a day. I think aiming for 2200-2300 would be great for you so that you aren't losing LBM in the process of cutting. Like you said, you're already lean..and you look damn good!

    I am a creature of habit and eating 2000 was just a trial almost xD
    I dont usually check my TDEE until the next day, and now i have got a good estimate.
    I sure don't want to lose LBM! After bulking that is the last thing I want xD
  • yeah I doubt that your average is going to vary enough to make a huge difference...2300 is still a 400 deficit..even if your average dropped by 150-200 calories you're still basically at 1/2 pound per week which is perfectly reasonable.

    Just have to say that I am so happy!!!

    Did the best I have ever done on my PT test today. I am now in the top 3 for women out of the whole army ROTC.
    Squad leader starting next semester! :D
