I haven't drank in months. This will be interesting xD

Putting this pic up here! Butt has made a lot of progress since i started my cut xD

I am starting to think I look thin. At least from this angle xD What do you guys all think. Stop after the 8 weeks and maintain? Or just a little more to be a little more "ripped" (bulking again in december after I see my boyfriend)

Maybe I just look thin because of the angle? Or i'm crazy xD Here are a few other angles so you can see what im talking about

    Side view I look tiny

Front view not so much. Damn thighs -.-

    Thought? Opinions? Advice? <3
  • You're definitely looking thin. I can't imagine you doing more than 8 weeks.

The only place im not satisfied with are my thighs. Not as lean as I would like. Too bad spot reducing doesn't exist right? xD

I will just have to deal with it for now. After a long lean bulk I will feel better :)

how many weeks do you have left?
    Only 2 more weeks actually!
already looking very slim but it's only 2 weeks haha
  • Posts: 1,118 Member
Oh yea thats why I am going to finish it xD

More after the 8 week cut is what I am trying to figure out
  • So after 2 weeks what will you do? Mid month so no scale. Are you going to just increase to maybe 2500 or so and weigh in November 1st?

Love how do you read my mind? xD

That was my thinking! I was thinking about ending the 8 week cut and taking pictures. Then having only a 200-250 cal deficit until November, then maintain until I see my boyfriend :) Then slow bulk!

    What do you think?

I think that's quite wise. While eating ~2000 calories a day you lost about 1.25 pounds per week--so that's equivalent to a 600 deficit or thereabouts. Meaning maintenance is about 2600 calories...I think you should eat about 2400-2500 a day once you finish with this cut cycle. DO NOT WEIGH YOURSELF and then weigh in come November. Pictures and measurements upon completing the cut are all you need.

I think that's a fantastic idea. You can maintain till you see the BF, slow bulk, then cut 8 weeks before summer starts. Sound like a plan?

Looking at your pics i dont think you look to thin, but i always think it shows most in girls on their arms. You always look leaner in slight tilt to the side shots IMO
  • Posts: 1,118 Member
Never thought about arms actually! That is a good point

And I agree with you, side shots make me look lean, but front view is not my favorite.
  • I don't think side shots are most flattering for MOST PEOPLE--yours are very telling. You are thin-sick, gross, stick-like, no but you're thin.
    agreed. hate side shots!

SO here is the plan everyone.

I am going to start maintaining November 1st and will start my next bulk in mid december or so. I am as lean as I was before! But I am estimating about 5lbs heavier. Last time I was this lean I was close to underweight! I am about 10 lbs away from that now, so its time to stop and maintain for a bit :)

Will post pictures November 1st when I weigh in (haven't weighed all October). I am bloated beyond belief from little sleep (3-4 hours per night) and crazy stress from midterms.

Also thought this would be something to post.
This is just yesterday. I had PT, walked to class, and normal stuff I do everyday. Only thing that changed was I did a zumba class last night. I don't workout for hours on end and still burn so much

    Untitled.png

    and I am only 5ft3
  • Sunshine--that's incredible. Great burn. I think you're doing fab. you look great and youre fueling your body--your next bulk/cut cycle will probably get you close to your goal.

How will you approach maintenance calories? Increase to BMF burn--eat what the prior day's burn was?

Those stats from the BMF are incredible. Also, you have done incredibly during this cut - its amazing the progress you have made.

Thank you so much guys! <3

The only portion i need to work on is the sleep part! heh

Not really sure how I was going to maintain actually! Haven't thought about it
I usually am not in bed until 12-2am depending on the night, so I will be able to see what my daily TDEE was and eat at that :)

Maybe just a 250 deficit from the BMF for a few weeks to see what happens. Give it a shot for 2 weeks, weigh, reassess.
