Just finished day 5 of level 1, it does seem to be getting a little easier as I go, but I am far from completing proper pushups, I think I'll be lucky if I can do them by Christmas, but that would be awesome to do them!0

Level 1 day 9 complete! I find I have more endurance now, but still finding it difficult to get through the workout without stopping some days. Scared to start level 2!0

Just did day 6. I do think my upper arms and glutes are feeling stronger, more muscular! I've decided I'm not going to do any body measurements again until the end of 30 days. My body changes very slowly, so I don't want to be to discouraged if I take measurements and see no change at the end of level 1.0

That's the same plan I have. I know for sure I'll be more likely to skip or slack off during the workout if I don't see any results yet. I'm halfway though now (on day 16) and still have yet to measure or weigh myself. I heard a lot of people gained during the beginning of 30DS so I didn't want to get discouraged.0 -

Wow! I do shred then 20 minutes of yoga. I can't imagine doing pylo afterwards...I'm tired just thinking about it!0

Today is day 3, i haven't done it yet i will do it this evening when i get home around 10.
But i can say that my calf muscles are super tight and sore.
I'm walking around school limping and i look crazy, everyone is looking at me funny when i walk around, and when i try to walk down the stairs lol.
I'm going for a walk later this evening after school so hopefully that will help loosen my muscles so i can do day 3 tonight.0 -
Hi every one! Today is day 1 level 1 of my 2nd round, my plan is to complete 30ds in the mornings and do walk away the pounds 2 or 3 mile at night 2-3 days a week!0

Okay, so, I have done day 7, level 1 to completion. yesterday would have been day 8, but i only had 2 hours of sleep and had no energy. i will do it today though and am looking forward to it.
I have taken measurements, and I have lost 4 lbs since starting.
My losses are:
-.5" at belly button
-.75" at 2"above belly button (is this considered "waist"??)
-.75" below love handles.
-.75" from love handles (considered hips??)
-.25" around fullest part of butt.
-1.25" at nipple bust.
-.25 from neck.
-1" from left thigh
-1" from right thigh
lost 1.1% of body fat
lost .7 on my BMI.
From 10/30-11/7, 7 days of 30 day shred.0 -

And your plan sounds quite nice!! I like it I have been thinking about adding leslie sansone's walk at home dvds every day, but not sure i want to yet. and that is no where near a zumba burn!!!0 -

Level 1, Day 7 complete. I bumped up my weights from 3 to 5 on half the exercises but I know most of you already do 5 pound weights.0

I forgot to add the quote to my comment...someone is doing shred then after the P90X plyo.....I'm tired just thinking abou that! My yoga is very simple stretching, not a ton of exertion.
Finished Day 5 of lvl 1 last night. This is starting to feel easier and I'm feeling stronger. Amazing how quickly that happens after just a few days. No wonder experts say change up your work outs every two weeks.0
