Truth: I must get to the grocery store. Between work and events I have not been to the grocery store in a while. This is not a good thing. I need to plan meals.0

I LOVE all of the walking and activity I have with my new job! Averaging 6 miles a day and loving it!0

Truth is that I don't feel like doing activity before or after keeping my niece (she drains all the energy out of me..lol) ... I know it is an excuse and that I need to fir some kind of activity in my day...will try to go to the exercise room at the apartment clubhouse asap...beginning today!0
