Just inquiring if there was an issue seeing my pictures? I sent out private messages with the link and password. If there was no issue, then I am just waiting patiently.

    So sorry for the delay.

We put you at about 20 - 21%.

Were you able to see my images okay on the link I added? Let me know if you want them a different way or if you need better pics. I had issues with getting good ones.

    Hi!

Thanks for the updated pics. We put you at about 28 - 30%.

Thank you The number you gave is right around what my cheap *kitten* scale says but I was very, very hesitant to believe it.

And THANK YOU for the personal note. I appreciate it. Yes, I have extra skin and still have a lot of fat in my tummy and it is embarrassing but I have to learn to accept it and be happy where I am. I've come a long way. July 19, 2012 I had my bf taken and it was around 35% by Dec it was 25% and now 20%. I'll be back to get some advise on recomping but for now. I'm a happy camper!

I just posted my Success Story yesterday. If anyone want to know my story - http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1027374-found-the-faith-to-believe-in-myself

    Thanks again.

Thanks so much - that's about what I thought but glad to have it confirmed by someone more informed!
  • I'm still working on getting lean. Legs are on the lighter side since I only have access to a pair of 52.5 adjustable dumbbells. Kindly estimate bodyfat. Thanks.

Sorry, I missed this part: "The pics need to be candid pics and not at flattering angles/body positions." Let me take new pictures tonight and post them. Thanks.

I am including alot of shots because I want to give you all several angles. I have lost quite a bit of weight and have some loose skin as you will be able to see on my abs and arms in the flexed pictures. Same thing on my thighs, but the lighting doesn't show it. I don't know how that will affect your estimation. Thanks so much!!! And please let me know if you want something else.

    These first three are RELAXED.

Hi everyone, I'd like an estimate of my BF. My guess is around 14%, I've tried the fat to fit military BF calculator, and it's definitely waaaaay off (it gives me 9% BF). Right now I'm training and doing cardio, but nothing too intense, since I had an ankle surgery a month ago. Until I get back on my feet, I have decided to cut down on calories, to avoid piling on fat, since I spend a lot of time on the couch, and try to drop my BF to 10/12%, so I can start a lean bulk in September.
I know... I look like a stickman, but as soon as I stop training, I start losing LBM :( (I'm 72.2kg now, was almost 6kg heavier in April)

I'm sorry sir, we only estimate humans.

Okay in seriousness, you're a tough one.

If you can PM us a side pic or two we can try to get closer than this, but given the current pics and your stats:

Somewhere in the low 20s --- possibly 19-22%.

This is sort of a crap answer. PM us a side pic if you'd like us to try and narrow that down further.

    Abs flexed in this pic?

Can you please post a side pic and a relaxed pic per the instructions? We will get more accurate that way.

Best we can do with this single pic is anywhere from 14-15%, probably closer to 14.

HiI It is a bit hard to estimate due to the loose skin. We would put you in the low 20's, but as mentioned, it is a little hard to pinpoint as it is sometimes hard to differentiate between loose skin and fat, however, you obviously have a very good LBM.

    ^^ I think 14% is a reasonable estimate.

Hi! Sorry for the low quality pictures. My phone is a bit behind the times...

    2013-07-14113153.jpg
    Unflexed

    2013-07-14113523.jpg
Flexed (not that there's much of a difference!)

5'6", 111lbs. My scales say 15.3% which seems way too low, and the averaged calculations on the MFP spreadsheet gave me 20% based on measurements. Not sure I trust that either as my bone structure is pear-shaped rather than my fat distribution per se. I'm very slight framed on top, with a more normal frame below. If it weren't for my ample boobs I would appear extremely small from the waist up (some lats would be nice!). Measurements are:

    Chest: 33"
    Ribs (bra strap): 25"
    Waist: 23.5"
    Hips (around bum): 35"
    Bicep (unflexed): 9.5"
    Thigh (unflexed): 21"

Thanks so much for taking the time to review and respond. I really wanted to make sure I was not delusional to think I'm in the low 20s....working on my body image issues.
