My pictures are in my profile. :)

    Height: 5'3"
Weight:105-111 (depends on time of day/month, sodium intake, etc)
    Age:18

May be skewed. Photos were taken morning after Christmas dinner ;)

Could you post a slightly clearer pic of your side view - you arm is kind of in the way. Thanks

I struggle with this one a bit. Unflexed, you have the outer part of your abs starting to come through and what I think is feint vertical separation. You just carry all of it in ONE spot.

I'm not confident in this estimate but I'd peg you in the ballpark of 12%. I'll PM Sublog to take a look at this too, and Sara will probably chime in as well.

In the name of estimation accuracy I think nudes are in order.

Sub is probably better to assess than me, but also basing it off your other recent pics taso, I would agree - maybe 1% more but I would not say higher than that - so 12 - 13%.

Boy shorts/tight gym shorts and sports bra are ideal. Bikini's are good also, and I am sure will be appreciated.

I agree with SideSteel - you could be a touch lower at 19%, but it is hard to tell how much muscularity you have in your legs,

    For lacurandera1

So, just 'conflabbed' with SideSteel and we would put your somewhere in the 27% - 28% range, give or take a percentage point.

lol. conflabbed. :) that's about what the online calculators say, 26 point something or other. I hate to think of what it WAS. Had to have been 35+%. Thanks, guys.

Well this is scary... but here goes nothing...

    xVlz4.jpg

My scale says 30%, calcs from tape measurements put me anywhere from 25-35%. I think maybe 28%. There are more (and fairly current) pictures on my profile too.

I carry all my weight in my thighs and butt (obviously), I am fairly flat chested and have always had a relatively flat stomach. Bottom heavy for sure.

I'm going to be brave and post my post-holiday photos to get a better estimate of where I'm at right now. Also -- I would like to say upfront that I'm wearing bikini bottoms -- not underwear -- in these photos -- very skanky-looking bikini bottoms. Glad I got some photos before I ever wore these to the beach.

Taken this morning. I am 5'8.5, 168 lbs

So we would put you at between 26 - 28% depending on how much muscle you have in your bottom half v fat. It is hard to tell how much muscle there is when you carry your weight there (I carry it there also). I find that the online calculators are usually off for me because of being bottom heavy also so I would take those with a pinch of salt (you are obviously not at the high end of the range they give you).

That sounds about right -- I looked to be about 20-22% about 8-10 lbs lighter. Thanks to both of you for starting this thread and this group.

You are a hard one to be honest. You are really lean on your top half - look at those abs ffs - but less lean on your bottom half which makes estimating a challenge (well, more than it usually is). So, I would put you at about 18%, but you could easily be over/under that by a couple of percentage points (more likely under than over). Your top half is definitely leaner than 18% would indicate - it's the bottom half that is causing the challenge with the estimate - not that your legs are big at all, its just that there is not too much muscle definition showing in the pics. Pictures showing flexed legs may be able to give a better idea as to whether the 18% is reasonable or whether you are a bit lower.

Sorry about the delay in responding.

I think that you are about 32 - 34%. It gets harder to assess with as much accuracy when someone gets above 30% so I may be a percentage point or two off.
