Okay I am in but I am a tricky case. I believe myself to be somewhere between 18 and 20% (but if I'm over that I want to know). Weight is 131ish and height 65-67" (spine curvature has lost me a few inches, but I have the skeletal system of someone who is 67).

Sara and Sidesteel, can you please help estimate mine as well? I might be tough because my legs and bottom seem to hold so much of the fat. How I wish spot reduction was possible. Thanks so much, hope this works!! And sorry about the lighting.

    17-18%.
Note to others: we are still discussing the ones we've skipped.

Thanks so much!! I'm very surprised at that number (in a good way) - this is despite the butt and thighs? I had prepared myself for around 22-24.

No fckn way are you over 20. You have ab definition, your legs aren't nearly as fat as you think as I can see quad development very readily. You do carry more of it on your lower half but taking it all into consideration I think the estimate is reasonable.

Wow, this really made my day. Thank you! My old Omron scale recently me at 29.8% while my new Precision EatSmart says 19.9%, which is why I thought anywhere from 22-24. Thanks again!

Omron scales suck *kitten*. Also my iPhone just changed omron to moron so that should be a good indicator too. :)

Agreed - there were so many times I wanted to just bash the Omron against the wall!

I used one of those a couple of months ago (about the same time my more recent pics were taken) and it put me at 29.something. Extrapolating from hydrostatic tests and eyeballing - I was probably 21%, give or take, and you are leaner than me by a few percentages points.

    flexed

We'd put you right in the 13% range, possibly between 12-13%.

    Pretty embarrassed but here goes....

I am 5'6" 148-150 lbs 23 yrs old very not flexed here i thought it would be better to be relaxed but maybe i shouldve taken some flexed. Idk if this helps but my measurements are full bust: 38 waist: 29 hips: 39-40 thigh at fullest point: 23

    anyway...

28 to 30%. Since these are both relaxed, you are welcome to post a flexed pic if you'd like, that might bring the estimate closer to 28 than 30 but this is sort of a ballpark range.

EDIT: After looking again, I don't think you're 30. You're likely somewhere in the upper 20's with 28 being a reasonable assessment.

EDIT2: Pics removed per poster request.

Can you post pics that are in better lighting and that show a straight on view (one flexed, with arms up, and one unflexed with arms down) and a lateral view (unflexed) where you are standing more upright as the angles and the lighting make it too hard to assess with any accuracy.

Your assessment is reasonable. We'd put you closer to 20 than 18 but I don't think your assessment is out of line.

Thank you for your assessment! Hopefully I will have better pictures in the future for you to assess!!
